- Ensure effective internal controls and safeguarding of company assets.
- Prepare financial presentations and reports for the Board and investors.
- Foster strong relationships with banks, investors, reinsurers, and external partners.
- Contribute to M&A evaluations, due diligence, and post-deal integration activities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounts team.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; FCA/ACA/FCMA/ICMAB strongly preferred.

- Strong understanding of insurance business models, risk frameworks, and regulatory environments in Bangladesh.
- Proven track record in financial management, business partnering, and strategic decision-making.
